“The presentations that Randy Keats leads learners though are comprehensive yet accessible to English language learners who would otherwise have difficulty accessing this kind of information. Throughout the workshops, the learners are engaged and encouraged to locate information themselves to share with others through jig-saw style activities. Higher level students often analyze the impact of particular laws or the legal system generally and make comparisons between their home country and Canada.
